DAWSON AQUATICS

ATTENTION DAWSON AQUATICS PARENTS

Due to recent events this form (found by clicking the red button below)  MUST be turned in to the coaches when athletes leave from any aquatic event. Parents may still pick up their athlete but the coaches need to be

informed in advance. Athletes are required to stay until the end of the event, if there is a conflict and

they need to leave early please address it with the coaches at least two days before to allow approval time.
We understand emergencies may arise and those should be few and far between.

If things are not taken care of in advance we will not be flexible about this.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks for you understanding and support.
